2. The Sanel Newsletter service consists of sending information regarding new products, promotions, special prices and the activities of the Service Provider to the e-mail address provided by the User.

3. Use of the Sanel Newsletter service is voluntary and free of charge.

Technical Requirements

To use the service, the following are required:

1. a device with Internet access and a web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or Opera;
2. an active e-mail account.

Rules for Providing the Newsletter Service

1. The agreement for the provision of the Sanel Newsletter service is concluded for an indefinite period.
2. Subscription to the Sanel Newsletter is made by entering an e-mail address into the newsletter subscription form available on the homepage of the online store at sanel.pl or during the order placement process.
3. When subscribing, the User must accept the Sanel Newsletter Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice concerning the processing of personal data.
4. The User has the right to terminate the agreement at any time and without providing any reason. Cancellation may be made by contacting the Service Provider at marketing@sanel.pl or by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in the footer of each e-mail sent as part of the Sanel Newsletter service.

Personal Data Protection (RODO)

1. The controller of personal data is the Service Provider.
2. The e-mail address is processed for the purpose of performing the agreement.
3. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the RODO Privacy Notice.
